Meet Kerri Lynn...

Kerri Lynn is a Singer, Songwriter, and Dancer from Buffalo, NY.

After high school, she studied Voice and Musical Theater on scholarship at Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA. At the age of 19, she moved to NYC to attend the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) where she was given their highest level scholarship. She received extensive training in Voice, Dance, Acting, Film, and Television and was the featured performer at her final showcase.

Upon graduation, Kerri Lynn worked on a national tour with StorySalad performing children’s music theater. After her completion of the tour, she landed a role in the 25th Anniversary National Tour of CATS as a “Swing” and Understudy for the lead role of Grizabella from 2003 to 2004. She later went on to play Bombalurina and understudied the role of Grizabella, in a regional production of CATS at the Media Theater outside of Philadelphia, PA. In the spring of 2006, she was invited to rejoin the Broadway national tour where she played the role of Jellylorum the Opera Cat.

For the last 3 years Kerri Lynn has been working with music producer Mike Warner both in New York City and Jersey City writing and recording her original music. She is privileged to have co-written two of her songs with singer/songwriter Tenesha Blacks, who has worked with Destiny’s Child. Kerri Lynn performs in Western New York with The Diva Show Band and is currently on staff teaching dance, musical theater, and voice at Performing Arts Dance Academy outside of Buffalo, NY. She holds her dreams close to her heart and believes that with God, “all things are possible.”
